I posted my latest crack, September 22, 2008 -- Raw is Talk.
Even if you don't like that, you will probably like the indy classic Evan Bourne (Matt Sydal) vs. A.J. Styles. The match is reminiscent of the old AWA wrestling style, except with better high spots. Michael Cole might call it "vintage," but I call it "a poor-quality video of two future legends wrestling in a high school gym."
This is the kinda stuff you can only get on the independent circuit, kids.

WHEW...been tough to get to the ol' blog the past few weeks. Still haven't seen last night's Raw, but I'll be back to crack on next week's show. Please come back next week.

It Begins...

I'm a sensible person. With the exception of my bizarre attachment to professional wrestling. Every Monday, I kick my wife out of the bedroom so I can watch WWE Monday Night Raw without interruption on the TiVo (we only have one DVR).
Sometimes, I get so into the show that I will actually jump out of my seat. I get ridiculously into it. Sometimes I'll actually yell at the TV screen. I mark out all the time. My wife almost called the cops when I leaped out of my seat and screamed "Holy XXXX" at the end of the Hardy-Umaga Cage Match on January 7.
